Are your items authentic?
We inspect and accurately represent every item and never knowingly offer counterfeit merchandise. Parkside Finds is an independent reseller; items may come from Disney Parks, Loungefly, Danielle Nicole, Dooney & Bourke, and other licensed makers.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders normally leave within 1–3 business days. Transit time is typically 3–7 business days within the continental United States after carrier pickup.
What condition are items in?
Unless a listing says otherwise, products are new and never used. Collector packaging can show minor shelf or handling wear; ask before purchase if box or tag condition is important to you.
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return approved items within 30 days. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging. See the full policy for exceptions and return-shipping details.
Can you combine shipping?
Yes, when items can be safely packed together and have not shipped yet. Email before purchasing so we can confirm packaging and arrange the order.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not enabled by default. Contact us with your country and the items you want; we will confirm whether tracked shipping is available and quote the cost.
How does checkout work?
Checkout will use secure Stripe Payment Links. Until links are activated, the Buy Now button opens an email so we can help you order without pretending payment has been collected.
